“I am calling upon the Union Leaders to take a stance and enforce the “Line in the Sand” resolution that was voted in at the recent APFA BOD meeting. It’s time that the company and management recognize the hardship the employees have endured due to changes created by this merger. The sacrifices of the employees are what allowed this merger to take place. We have given enough and now that the company is profiting off our sacrifices we would like to see a return on our investment. We deserve a bonus for our losses. The lack of respect for the employees in general should be addressed. Our emails go unanswered and our pleas fall upon deaf ears. Without the employees, this airline would cease to exist. It’s time for the company to recognize us as the valuable assets we are and prove to us they have heard our cries. It’s time for our Unions to support us in our efforts. We demand our Fair Share and the respect we deserve for a job well done.

We would like all unions on the property to encourage attendance at the State of the Airline meeting at HDQ on October 23. We ask that a week long rally be set up by all unions for the second week of November at HDQ. Should our voices continue to be ignored we ask the Union to step up and support our efforts by any legal means available to push the company to recognize us..

It’s time for management to recognize each employee for their efforts and unless the unions stand up for their members, we will continue to be marginalized. Please act today and stand up for all members.”

I cant do 8-10 hour layovers anymore, followed by 13hour duty days!! The Optimizer has no ‘Human Factor’… I want to see some level of Human Factor that I have put into this company for the last 30 years!!!!! Thank you

We must all UNITE. The TA for customer svc comes out today But from the bullet points already release there is not strong enough scope language and no concrete info on medical, yet the company makes record multi billion $ profits

RESPECT those who make the airline what it is…and consideration for those that invested many years of their lives into American Airlines. There were promises made…honor those!!!
